Sunday Sketches

Happy Sunday Sketches everyone! You can find more great artists at http://bluechairdiary.blogspot.com/
I was on vacation this week with the whole family at a huge water park resort so did not get any new work done! Not much relaxing either with 7 kids and water slides!!!
So here is an abstract piece I did about a year ago in colored pencils. I love the way it flows, and had a lot of fun detailing it.
Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend and that you enjoy your Sunday!
Smiles!

I can see that you were doing similar things even a year ago. I love where you have taken your lines and details! This is a lovely flower piece too.

Well you sure are a good mom to use vacation time to bring joy to your kids!!!!

Hi,
Great line work here. I like the color palette you used, too! Isn't it fun to look back at artwork from a few months ago and see where we have come? Love this.

I hope you enjoyed the trip with your family...i know you must be a great mom to all of your kiddies!

enjoy your sunday, Julia!

Wow! Seven kids at a huge water park resort??? Ooo, that doesn't sound like the kind of thing I'd be able to do! Hahaa... But then, that's just one of the things I admire about you, sweet Julia. You must be one heck of a mom. :))

Well, this piece remind me of water in a way, with lots of flowing movements. I can see that you are a natural with patterns and decorative elements. Just lovely! :) oxx
