Help with a name?

Hi Everyone ~ I need help naming this young lady. I had a pretty difficult time finishing her and a name for her just hasn't hit me...Any suggestions are most welcome.

This is the first mouth I've attempted that shows teeth. It's also my first (I think) time trying to have the eyes looking up and to side.

The scan sort of washed her face out - the original has more color than this.

Hope your Monday is going wonderfully!

The first name that popped into my head was "Patches" but I don't really like that. She is really cute!

She appears to need a Gaelic name - Llian means golden haired...but there are several, my thoughts anyway..she is lovely...bkm

She looks a little like the character "Amy" in little women. "Kirsten" Dunst played her as a young girl and "Samantha" Mathis played her as the teenager. I think I like the name Samantha for her. You have some fabulous detail in all your work... cool blog!

She is very beautiful and her lips/teeth add so much to this one. Great job! Seriously!

So, a name, huh? Hmmm...the first one that comes to mind for me is Emma.

Hugs to you!! xo :)

Thanks for all of your suggestions...I think I will go with 'Lillian' as I have a weakness for gaelic names.
And thanks for the sweet comments too! They make my day, each and every one!!!

Ah, so she is Lilian? And with such a beautiful yet humble expression on her face... You have created another stunning character, Julia. Do these women come from real life or simply from imagination? :) oxx

Amalia,
So far they are strictly from my imagination...but you never know...
Thank you for the compliment ~ I really love your work, so I sure appreciate your thoughts and always welcome the visits. :-)

Hi Julia! looks like I'm here too late..and you've already named her Lillian! I think that suits her....

now you should do the reverse!
first pick the name and then draw to fit the personality!

go for brunette...with the name Destina, or Marina, or Fiorenza!

Well, I like Lillian. She looks like she is a lot of fun and someone who will make the team lively with her demeanor, her enthusiasm and her smarts. Yes, She can be on my team. We will equally laugh and work and get our tasks completed in half the time as the other serious teams. Then we will sit down and drink coffee and talk about acorns.

Hello, Julia! How are you? Wishing you a lovely weekend!
